Protocol Edition is a masculine fragrance that is woody and spicy. The perfume begins with the gaity of an orange, the bitterness of the grapefruit, and the vivacity of pepper and fresh spices, all of which is founded on an alchemy of wood. This “vegetality” flirts with the flint’s mineral impact and vetiver’s coarseness. The aroma is dominated by the cedar, but it deepens with the sweetness of resins and the unmistakable voluptuousness of benzoin.
